Joining the Morrison Mahoney partnership are:
Paige A. McInnis (Boston, MA): Paige concentrates her practice in the areas of medical malpractice and long-term care liability. Since joining the firm in 2021 she has completed the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Leadership Academy and volunteered for the MBA as a Judge for the high school Mock Trial program. Her recent trial success includes a defense verdict after a three-week medical malpractice trial at Suffolk Superior Court. Recently, Paige was nominated as one of 2024 “Female Champions for Morrison Mahoney” and named on the “Ones to Watch” list for the Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America publications.
Peter T. Sabellico (Hartford, CT): Peter concentrates his practice in the areas of professional liability and tort liability, and represents insurance companies, agents, insureds and self-insured entities, and professionals regarding claims of negligence, malpractice, and product liability. Peter has civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts, and has successfully advocated on behalf of our clients through all phases of litigation, be it through pre-trial dispositive motion or trial on the merits.
Daniel J. Ashby (Boston, MA): Daniel concentrates his practice in the area of professional liability and represents attorneys, real estate professionals, and insurance brokers on a variety of malpractice claims and before disciplinary tribunals. Daniel serves as the external general counsel for a multi-national sports product distributor and offers guidance on all manners of risk exposure ranging from regulatory investigations to contract negotiations to personal injury claims. Daniel also has an extensive practice in products liability law, where he regularly defends clients from multi-million dollar traumatic injury claims ranging from rollovers to explosions to industrial accidents.
Joseph M. Fogarty (Boston, MA): Joseph concentrates his practice in the areas of long-term care liability and general liability and represents long-term care providers, businesses, insurers, and individuals. Prior to joining the firm, Joseph served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts. Joseph has been with the firm for ten years during which time he has defended hundreds of cases involving allegations of general negligence and medical malpractice.
Adam P. Soloperto (Boston, MA): Adam concentrates his practice on a broad range of complex matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, long-term care, assisted living, GL c. 93A claims, HIPAA Compliance and application of the Medical Peer Review privilege to skilled nursing facility investigations. Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Adam practiced at a New Jersey medical malpractice defense firm, where he defended medical providers and facilities in catastrophic injury litigation.
