Joseph M. Fogarty

Joseph is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of long-term care liability and general liability and represents long-term care providers, businesses, insurers, and individuals.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts. While in law school, Joseph served as the Note Editor of the Western New England Law Review.
