Morrison Mahoney Attorneys Michelle Napoli, Eva Larsen, Katherine DuBaldo, Lisa Gutierrez, Christina Canales, Grace Palo and Amanda Carpenter attended Connecticut Bar Association’s Pathways to Leadership for Women Lawyers.
The Pathways Dinner awards the Ladder Award to honor a woman attorney who has “left the ladder down” for those women who follow in her footsteps. The award is aimed at recognizing the efforts of women in the profession who have recognized the importance of mentoring and supporting more junior lawyers in their own journeys to success in the profession.
Partner Michelle Napoli is the Education Liaison on the Executive Board of Women in Law Section in the Connecticut Bar Association.
The purpose of the Women in the Law Section is: 1) to monitor the progress and enhance the status and opportunities available to women in the legal profession; 2) to provide women attorneys in Connecticut with an opportunity to share concerns, communicate, and network with one another in a supportive forum; and 3) to promote the participation of the Connecticut Bar Association in substantive areas of law and legislation that present issues of particular concern to women in the profession, and to those who seek legal services.
