Demi is a partner in the New York office of Morrison Mahoney with nearly twenty-five years of civil litigation and trial experience in both the State and Federal courts.  Demi’s practice consists of construction litigation, non-medical professional liability, employment litigation, transportation and tort liability, including general and premises liability.  Demi is a zealous advocate with a proven successful trial and appellate record.

Demi has written articles for various industry publications and has presented to clients and universities on a number of legal topics, including New York’s Scaffold law.

Additionally, Demi co-chairs the firm’s Women’s Initiative Group hosting professional development events throughout the year and leading a mentor program.
