Clark is a partner in the Boston and Providence offices of Morrison Mahoney. Clark has more than thirty years of trial practice and civil litigation experience concentrating in the areas of business, construction, toxic torts, insurance (coverage and bad faith), products liability, professional liability and transportation.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

• Lead trial counsel in over fifty jury and bench trials in Massachusetts and Rhode Island state and federal courts.
• Successfully briefed and argued numerous appellate matters in state and federal courts (e.g., Thibeault v. Square D Company, 960 F.2d 239 (1st Cir. 1992)).
