Chris is a partner in the New York office of Morrison Mahoney.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of construction litigation, labor law, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, and trucking.  He is an experienced litigator who has been defending cases in both state court and federal court for the past ten years.

Chris has extensive experience arguing before the Appellate Division and has succeeded on several appeals.  He has obtained summary judgment dismissal in numerous cases and successfully mediated numerous cases to favorable resolutions.

While in law school, Chris was a member of the New York Law School Law Review.

Chris is a frequent author in the New York Law Journal and other legal publications.
