Tony Abeln and Jordan Spiegel Obtain Medical Malpractice Defense Verdict in Middlesex Superior Court

Morrison Mahoney partner Tony Abeln and associate Jordan Spiegel obtained a defense verdict on behalf of their client, a hospitalist, after a 7-day jury trial in Middlesex Superior Court in a medical malpractice case.  Plaintiff alleged that our client failed to identify that the Plaintiff was undergoing an evolving stroke and that a delay in that diagnosis led to significant long-term deficits.  Plaintiff asked for a large monetary amount in closing arguments.  The jury found no negligence.
