Morrison Mahoney is pleased to announce that Michael F. Edwards and Jeffrey E. Estey, Jr., have been named partners in our Providence, Rhode Island, office.
Since joining the firm in 2015, Mike has led our Workers Compensation practice group in Rhode Island, working closely with claim specialists from countless insurance companies and third-party administrators, in the zealous representation and defense of employers across numerous industries before the Rhode Island Workers Compensation Court.
Jeff concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation defense. He has almost a decade of experience in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation. Jeff has represented countless employers, self-insurers, and insurance companies, across diverse industries, from a large defense contractor to municipalities to small, family-owned businesses under both the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Act and the Longshore and Harborworkers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA). Jeff appears regularly before the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court and the United States Department of Labor.
