Morrison Mahoney Partner Carole Lynch recently obtained a defense verdict following a jury trial in Worcester District Court on behalf of a day care center. The plaintiff filed claims for negligence and negligent supervision as a result of injuries sustained by her 18 month old daughter while at the day care center. The jury found no negligence.
