Trial Verdict 2015-13: Boston Associate Stephanie Simmons

Boston Associate Stephanie Simmons recently obtained a defense verdict in a jury trial in Worcester Superior Court. The plaintiff suffered an ankle fracture following a slip and fall outside of a medical facility. Plaintiff turned down a large settlement offer prior to the trial and demanded more.
