New Jersey Partner Christopher Martin and Associate Seth Garrod obtained summary judgment in a dental malpractice case. Plaintiff filed the necessary Affidavit of Merit and full discovery occurred as to two dental professionals. Following discovery, a motion was filed on behalf of our client on the inability to find causation as a matter of law. Our dentist’s services to plaintiff were not implicated in any discernible injury despite expert proofs of an alleged deviation being present for jury determination. In this light, summary judgment was granted and all claims against our client were dismissed with prejudice.
