Sean Milano will moderate a session “Legal Strategies When Your Company Works in an Inherently Dangerous Industry” at the 2018 DRI Retail and Hospitality Litigation Seminar. Attorney Carl Dowdy, Vice President, Risk Management & Legal for Winter Park Resort is the session speaker. The session will be held on Friday, May 4, and cover potential risks faced by ski resorts, water parks, and family entertainment centers and explore strategies for managing those in an ultra-risky environment.
