Morrison Mahoney partner Adam Mordecai secured an affirmance from the New Hampshire Supreme Court of a trial court order dismissing defamation claims against a “retweeter” of allegedly defamatory material. The Supreme Court agreed that Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act provided the retweeter with immunity from plaintiff’s claims of defamation.
