And Why Should Lawyers Pay Attention to It?,” Michelle was one of six attorneys who was interviewed about how the pandemic will impact the perspective of jurors. She recommended that her fellow attorneys stay updated on jury attitudes post-pandemic “from jury consultants to Ph.D.s on how COVID-19 will affect jury perceptions.”
