Morrison Mahoney Partner Michael Racette presented two continuing medical education (CME) presentations to healthcare providers. The first presentation was for an anesthesia medical practice group concerning proper medical record documentation practices and issues.
The second presentation was a live webinar given on behalf of a national healthcare organization to its physicians in several states concerning proper documentation and communication with patients and patients’ families after an adverse event. The webinar presentation included a mock deposition with a physician. Both presentations were well-received.
