Morrison Mahoney Associate Kathleen Federico has been chosen as one of the Massachusetts Bar Association Leadership Academy Fellows for the 2018-19 class. The MBA’s Leadership Academy is a program for attorneys with 3-10 years of experience that is designed to recruit and nurture future bar and civic leaders. The fellows, who were selected after a competitive application process, represent a diverse group of talented attorneys from across the Commonwealth, including attorneys from leading law firms as well as the City of Boston, Committee for Public Counsel, the Massachusetts Trial Court, and others.
The MBA’s Leadership Academy is a 12-month program that runs concurrently with the MBA membership year, starting in September. Fellows are provided several unique opportunities to network, collaborate and build relationships with various leaders around the state, all while developing and enhancing their own leadership skills.
