Morrison Mahoney Partner Joe Seckler and Associate Erin Boucher  recently conducted a presentation for the Claims Department at Interinsurance Exchange of the Automobile Club/AAA in Portland, Maine, on various Massachusetts topics of interest. These topics included M.G.L. c. 93A/176D, contribution among joint tortfeasors, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Payment Interceptor Program, and the Massachusetts Personal Injury Protection statute. The presentation was well attended and positive feedback was provide by the attendees.
