Courtroom Success 2014-28:Boston Partner Gareth Notis and Associate Allison Goldberg recently obtained summary judgment in Bristol Superior Court on behalf of an employer and its supervisor in a disability discrimination, hostile work environment and whistleblower case brought by a former employer. Judge McIntyre ruled that the alleged harassment was not severe and pervasive, and not based upon the employee’s disability. She also ruled that the plaintiff had not suffered an adverse employment action as a matter of law to support her disability discrimination and whistleblower claim.
