“The #MeToo movement has certainly created a heightened awareness in the workforce as to the availability of these types of claims,” says Gareth.
When asked whether he thinks juries will be sympathetic, Gareth responded “Will a jury be more likely to find inappropriate behavior, sexual harassment, because of this movement? I think the answer is yes.”
