Scott R. Gilmond

Scott is a partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of tort and liability defense and construction litigation, and represents insurance companies and their insureds in various civil litigation matters, including automobile, premises liability, construction and general liability defense. He has obtained favorable results for insurers and their insureds in Superior Court trials, as well as during mediations and arbitration.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Scott worked for a mid-sized litigation firm, representing clients in negligence claims involving motor vehicle and premises liability.  He successfully handled cases through litigation, mediation and arbitration.  Scott also has experience in the field of Social Security Disability where he represented disabled individuals, winning over 300 appeals at administrative hearings.
