Bob is a Partner in the Parsippany office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical/dental malpractice defense, health care, product liability and professional liability. Bob has defended a wide range of health care clients at the trial level and in the appellate courts, and has represented medical professionals before various state licensing boards.

Professional Liability
Bob has represented doctors, dentists, podiatrists, nurses, residents, EMTs, paramedics, hospitals and health care paraprofessionals. He works with his clients to formulate a defense strategy and a plan that will resolve the problem with the least expense. Bob encourages mediation and arbitration of disputes and represents professionals before administrative agencies and licensing boards, as well as in court.
Nursing Home Liability
Bob is proactive in defending nursing homes against allegations ranging from neglect to criminal charges against employees. This area of the law is growing rapidly due to the numbers of people who will need these services in the years ahead. Bob provides a strong defense against these allegations and further advises his clients as to regulations governing nursing homes and the increasing focus on patients’ rights.
Product Liability
Bob handles product liability cases in a variety of industries, using the skills of reliable experts and state-of-the-art defense techniques. He advises clients on ways of settling disputes without trial as well as recommending training for employees and counseling on claims prevention. In addition, Bob is currently outside counsel to the largest utility company in New Jersey, involved in the defense of complex personal injury claims arising out of truck/motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents and property damage allegedly caused by the transmission of natural gas and electricity.
