Peter T. Sabellico

Peter is a partner in the Hartford office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of professional liability and tort liability, and represents insurance companies, agents, insureds and self-insured entities, and professionals regarding claims of negligence, malpractice, and product liability. Peter has civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts and has successfully advocated on behalf of our clients through all phases of litigation, be it through pre-trial dispositive motion or trial on the merits.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Peter worked for a Hartford-based law firm, where he defended insureds in motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases, as well as insurance companies in coverage disputes.

In addition, prior to practicing, Peter served as a judicial law clerk for the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court.
