Paul is a partner in the New York office of Morrison Mahoney. He is a seasoned appellate advocate, litigator, and former prosecutor in the offices of the Manhattan District Attorney and the New York State Attorney General.
Earlier in his career, Paul served as a judicial clerk for a United States District Judge in the District of New Jersey and worked as a litigation associate for an international corporate law firm. In addition, he has extensive experience in strategic communications relating to high-profile litigations, as a former director of the corporate/financial practice of one of the world’s largest public affairs firms.
His articles on legal and business topics have appeared in The American Lawyer and Law360.
