Jessica is a partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Tort Liability, Insurance and Reinsurance, and Appeals. Jessica represents both individuals and corporations in personal injury, premises liability, and malpractice matters, and advises and defends insurers on issues involving coverage and claims of bad faith. Jessica is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and has successfully argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, Rhode Island Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the First Circuit.
Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Jessica worked in local government where she effectively represented the City of Boston in a variety of administrative proceedings.
