Jessica is a partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Tort and Liability Defense and represents both individuals and corporations in personal injury, premises liability, and malpractice matters. She also advises and defends insurers on issues involving coverage and claims of bad faith. Jessica is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and has successfully defended insurers and insureds alike at the federal, state, and appellate levels, including recent arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She has also prevailed at arbitration on UIM matters.
Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Jessica worked in local government where she effectively represented the City of Boston in a variety of administrative proceedings.
