Erin is a partner in the Worcester office of Morrison Mahoney. She brings over 25 years of commercial litigation experience and is a versatile defense litigator. Her practice includes the representation of healthcare institutions and providers in medical malpractice and professional liability matters, the defense of catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions, construction litigation, and defense of products liability, premises liability, and general liability actions.

Client engagement is central to successful defense litigation, and Erin maintains a high level of communication with her clients.  When it comes to relationship management, Erin provides her clients with an understanding as to how their interests are being served at every stage of the litigation process. She makes it a priority to involve the clients and address their concerns and goals and incorporate their feedback. This collaboration yields valuable insight that helps to ensure the legal strategy suits the client’s business interests.

In addition to her practice, Erin has served as a lecturer for the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) on deposition techniques and has authored several articles on insurance coverage and various construction law related topics.

Erin is also very active in her community.  She is an elected Member of the Shrewsbury School Committee and has served as an elected Town Meeting Member in Shrewsbury since 2014.
