Daria is a partner in the Providence office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation. Daria represents employers, self-insureds, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation under the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Act.  She also appears regularly before the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court. She has successfully obtained numerous denials of Original Petitions for favorable outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Daria clerked for the Rhode Island Supreme Court’s Trial Court Law Clerk Department, where she worked as a law clerk researching and analyzing legal issues including negligence, contract law, housing and employment discrimination, book accounts, divorce, and tax appeals for Superior Court judges, District Court judges and Family Court judges.

In law school, Daria served as a legislative intern for the Rhode Island Hospitality Association and a legal intern for the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General.

Before law school, Daria worked for the Senator of District 22, Stephen Archambault, Esq., where she served as a legislative intern to the Rhode Island General Assembly. Daria also interned for the Honorable Joseph A. Montalbano.
