Morrison Mahoney Partner Alan Brown was quoted in this week’s issue of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
The United States District Court declined to sanction further a lawyer and instead referred him to Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers for counseling where the attorney was found to have coached and fed answers to his client during a zoom deposition.
Alan shares his opinions on the judge’s sanction and says it helped that the misconduct appeared to occur in the “heat of the moment,” in an effort to protect a vulnerable client from aggressive questioning.
