Verdict 2014-27: Boston Partner Joe Flanagan

Boston Partner Joe Flanagan obtained a defense verdict from a Plymouth Superior court jury in a case involving a fall down stairs at a country club due to alleged building code violations, resulting in a serious knee injury with permanent disability.  The pre-trial settlement demand had been $450,000, reduced to $250,000 during the course of trial.
