Morrison Mahoney Partner Jennifer A. Rymarski Obtains Summary Judgment for Nurse Practitioner

Morrison Mahoney Partner Jennifer A. Rymarski was successful in obtaining summary judgment for a Nurse Practitioner working in a prison setting rendering care to an inmate.  The inmate contended that the NP violated the Plaintiff’s Eighth Amendment Rights when he was subjected to alleged cruel and unusual punishment for her failure to address his serious medical needs.
