Verdict 2014:12: Boston Partner John Knight and Associate Bridget Regan

Boston Partner John Knight and Associate Bridget Regan obtained a defense verdict following a 10 day jury trial in Middlesex Superior Court.  The plaintiff alleged she tripped and fell on a crack which was concealed by snow in a parking lot owned by the defendant.  The plaintiff claimed to have sustained a cervical disc herniation from the fall which required three surgeries and allegedly left her permanently impaired and unable to work.  The plaintiff had alleged more than $3 million in special damages.
