Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks a medical malpractice civil litigation attorney for its Boston, Massachusetts office.

Areas of Concentration:

• Medical Malpractice Defense
• Nursing Home / Long-term Care Facilities
• Products Liability
• Professional Liability
• Tort and Liability Defense

Qualifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar, or sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdictions.
• Applicants should be self-starters with previous courtroom experience, solid research and writing skills, and a strong academic record.
• 2 to 4 years of civil litigation experience (maximum).

Salary: $90K – $110K
