Insurance Defense Attorney – Worcester, MA

Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney possessing 3 to 5 years of courtroom experience for its Worcester, Massachusetts office.

Practice Areas:

• Automobile Liability
• Construction Liability
• General Liability
• Premises Liability
• Products Liability

Qualifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
• Three to five years of civil litigation experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
• Experienced in drafting high-level correspondence and reports.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and possess solid research and persuasive writing skills. Position offers immediate exposure to litigation, including drafting motions and legal memoranda, conducting legal research, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing for and conducting depositions, and attending court hearings.

Our Worcester office is located in the M&T Bank Building at Mercantile Center, directly across the street from the Worcester Common.

Salary Range:  $110K – $120K (salary commensurate with experience).
