Morrison Mahoney LLP is seeking Civil Litigation Defense Attorneys for its Boston, Massachusetts office.

Practice Areas: 

• Construction
• General Liability and Premises Liability Defense
• Medical Malpractice Defense
• Medical Malpractice/Long-Term Care Facilities
• Products Liability
• Professional Liability
• Trucking and Vehicular Liability Defense

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Admitted to practice as a licensed attorney in the State of Massachusetts.
• At least one year of prior experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Strong academic record from an ABA accredited law school.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an applicant looking for bench and trial experience.

Salary Range: $110K – $125K (salary commensurate with experience).
