Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks full-time 2025 Summer Associates or Senior Law Clerks (JD) for its offices.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation.
- Conducting legal research.
- Drafting memoranda, pleadings and discovery.
- Drafting motions on complex subject matters critical to litigation.
We are looking for motivated, interested self-starters with the ability to work in the office. The ideal candidates will have the ability to review and analyze complicated material and present it in a logical, organized fashion. The ability to think critically is essential. Opportunities will be provided to observe court proceedings and depositions. This is an excellent opportunity for law students who are interested in pursuing a career as a trial attorney.
Qualifications:
- 2L and 3L students with superior research, writing, and analytical skills.
Rate: $25 – $30 per hour
