Best, a U.S.-based rating agency focused on the insurance industry, conducted three-minute interviews with leaders in the insurance industry in conjunction with last month’s DRI Annual Meeting, which took place in Boston, MA. They interviewed Morrison Mahoney Partners Grace V.B. Garcia and Dennis Anti.
Dennis fielded questions about current developments with health care law; the impact of this year’s election on health care law; electronic medical records; and legal advice for risk managers in the Boston area.
Grace addressed developments in construction law, both in Boston and in surrounding areas; legal developments related to OSHA; legal issues surrounding Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) case; and new initiatives for the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers’ Association.
