Whitney is an associate in the Providence office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and represents employers, self-insureds, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation under the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Act.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Whitney served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court where she researched and analyzed various legal issues related to workers’ compensation.

In law school, Whitney was Editor-in-Chief of the Roger Williams University Law Review. Additionally, she served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Maureen McKenna Goldberg of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
