Tom is a partner in the Bridgeport office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and the defense of civil litigation claims, and represents self-insured companies, employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in defense of automobile accident claims, premises liability claims, dog bite claims, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, products liability claims, and industrial accident claims.

For the better part of twenty years, Tom’s practice has focused on the defense of workers’ compensation claims throughout the State of Connecticut.  In addition, Tom has also tried numerous jury trials through to verdicts in matters involving automobile accidents, premises liability claims, dog bite claims, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
