Stewart is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the area of general tort and liability defense, representing insurance carriers as well as businesses and individuals on such matters as personal injury, construction, and premises liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Stewart worked for a boutique litigation firm, representing clients in tort claims involving motor vehicles, workplace accidents, and premises liability. He has successfully handled matters from intake to resolution, whether by trial, settlement, mediation, or arbitration. Stewart also has experience in elder law and has counseled hundreds of clients during all phases of estate planning and administration.
