Stephen J. LaMonica

Stephen is a partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of construction, transportation, and tort liability, representing insurance companies and self-insured clients in a wide range of litigation matters.

Steve has experience with a variety of complex insurance defense matters, including construction defect and professional liability litigation. Throughout his career he has had demonstrated trial room success, obtaining multiple defense verdicts, summary judgments, and dismissals in favor of his clients. Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Steve was an assistant district attorney and represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in over fifty bench and jury trials.
