Spencer is an associate in the New York office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the area of tort liability and represents corporations and business owners on automobile accident and premises liability matters.

Spencer graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. There, he was an Articles Editor of the Journal of International Business and Law. While on the journal, he wrote an article titled “Picking Up the Pieces: A Call for Federal Structural Inspection Laws in the Aftermath of the Surfside Condominium Collapse,” which won First Prize in the 2022-2023 ABA Forum on Construction Law – Law Student Writing Competition. The article was published in the Summer 2024 edition of The Construction Lawyer, a scholarly journal published to inform and instruct those who practice construction law.

Prior to law school, Spencer graduated from the University at Buffalo with degrees in Economics and Political Science with a Spanish minor. There, he achieved summa cum laude distinction as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
