Russell is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of General Liability, Tort & Liability Defense, Transportation, and Construction Litigation. His representation involves defending both privately held and public corporations, as well as individuals, in litigation actions brought in State and Federal Court.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Russell represented the interests of national and regional lending institutions and banks in various areas of litigation, as well as advising on compliance with Massachusetts lending regulations.
