Renee is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the areas of tort and liability defense and construction litigation and represents insurance companies and their insureds in various civil litigation matters, including automobile, premises liability, construction, and general liability defense.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Renee worked for a mid-sized litigation firm, representing clients in negligence claims involving automobile, premise, and product defect liability cases. She successfully handled cases through litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Renee also has experience working for a probate litigation firm representing individuals relating to fraud, undue influence, and tortious interference of gifts and inheritances.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Renee secured a significant money judgment for her client following an extended jury trial in a case involving fraudulent inducement by a trusted individual causing her to forfeit assets and enter into a financial agreement to her disadvantage.
