Michael is a partner in the Springfield office of Morrison Mahoney. He has experience at all stages of litigation, from counseling to appeals. His practice is primarily focused in the areas of professional malpractice, including the defense of physicians, hospitals, lawyers, and other professionals in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative licensing bodies. Michael also represents contractors in construction claims and employers in employment law matters involving wage and hour disputes and discrimination. Michael is at his best when partnering with clients to achieve favorable outcomes to actual or potential litigation.
Michael offers clients general business advice including dispute resolution, collections, adherence to corporate or regulatory formalities, leases, stockholder agreements, bankruptcy, and business negotiations.
