Bridget represents insurance companies and insureds in a range of civil litigation cases, including general liability, automobile tort, construction, premises liability, and M.G.L. c. 93A claims. She has extensive experience coordinating the defense of automobile and premises liability claims, many of which have proceeded to trial with favorable results. Bridget also has experience in advising on coverage issues, drafting several opinions for insurers regarding their obligations and rights under the terms of insurance policies with respect to factually complicated claims. Additionally, Bridget has worked on a complex multi-party construction defect suit on behalf of several subcontractors involving significant damages.

While at law school, Bridget competed in trial competitions as a member of the National Trial Team, earning a Boston regional win in the ABA Labor and Employment Law Trial Advocacy Competition. She prosecuted a number of criminal cases as a student prosecutor on behalf of the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office prior to becoming a civil litigator.
