Megan is an associate in the Bridgeport office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the areas of general and professional liability, with a particular focus on the defense of lawyers, medical professionals, businesses, insurance agents, real estate professionals, and accountants in disputes regarding claims of negligence, improper employment practices, and professional malpractice. She handles high-exposure and complex matters in the areas of transportation, premises liability, environmental claims and regulation, and product liability as well. Her experience includes the defense of businesses and professionals in construction liability cases.
Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Megan served as a judicial law clerk for the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court.
During Law School, Megan was an extern for the Rhode Island Governor’s Executive Counsel and the Honorable Maureen McKenna Goldberg of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. She also served as a member of the Moot Court Executive Board.
