Madison is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the areas of tort liability, employment law, and senior care medical malpractice. Madison defends individuals, small businesses, large retailers, and senior care facilities in a variety of matters, including personal injury, premises liability, employment retaliation and discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, senior care malpractice, and contract disputes. Madison is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and has defended insureds and private clients at the federal and state levels, as well as before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights.
During law school, Madison worked in real estate where she handled commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation. In addition, Madison drafted decisions for the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board with the New England Law | Boston Government Lawyer Clinic. She also volunteered as a Big Sister at the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston.
