Kristy is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the area of tort and liability defense. She represents insurance companies and their insureds in various civil litigation matters, including automobile, construction, premises liability, and general liability defense.
Kristy began her career providing indigent representation in Florida. Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, she served as one of the first Assistant Defenders in the State of Maine. She has tried numerous criminal cases and represented both plaintiffs and defendants in pending civil litigation.
While in law school, Kristy had the honor of delivering the 2016 commencement speech to her graduating class.
