John is a partner in the New York office of Morrison Mahoney. His practice encompasses a wide range of areas including transportation/federal motor carrier litigation, premises liability, and construction litigation centered around the New York State Labor Law. He has over 20 years of experience representing companies and individuals in high exposure cases in both the New York State and Federal Courts.
John has lectured on trial preparation, all facets of New York State transportation litigation, and construction/labor law litigation. He has achieved over a dozen jury verdicts in the past 10 years in premises liability, trucking litigation and labor law construction.
