Jeffrey is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of tort liability, construction, and premises liability, representing insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of civil matters in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Jeffrey served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston Law Department and the City of New York Law Department.  In those roles, Jeffrey served as lead defense counsel on dozens of cases against municipalities and their employees and tried three cases to jury verdict in federal court.

While at the University of Connecticut School of Law, Jeffrey served as an intern to the Honorable Alfred V. Covello of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.  He was also an editor of the Connecticut Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board, where he won the award for Best Oralist at the Burton D. Wechsler National First Amendment Moot Court Competition.
